HelpOut Specials will be coming soon to the NEW HelpOut App. These FAQ’s will be updated when this feature is re-launched.
Open the “Loyalty” feature on the home page. This will open your HelpOut Wallet and provide you an overview of all loyalty programmes you are currently following. Click on the plus button and use your current location for closest providers of loyalty programmes to be listed on your screen. Select the vendor you wish you to engage with. You also have the option to navigate to their location or contact them.
Once you have added a loyalty programme to your Wallet, you can open their profile and view your loyalty status with that specific vendor. Here you are able to earn and spend your points to redeem loyalty rewards.

Select the credit card icon on the top right of the home screen. Select a vendor either by location or by entering their unique vendor ID number. In-put your credit card details and amount and authorise the payment safely and securely through PayGate.
LEnsure your GPS or location services is on, you have an internet connection and move outdoors.
